Mr. Pranay Desai is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience and has been instrumental in shaping CDEF’s investment strategy. His expertise in capital markets and the non-banking financial company (NBFC) sector provides him with strong financial insight and a keen ability to identify high-potential opportunities.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston College and a Master in Business Administration with specialisation in Finance from the University of Miami, which combine to give him both financial expertise and practical market knowledge. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to financial management and sustainable wealth creation.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Desai actively participates in social service initiatives that focus on education, healthcare, and community welfare.

Mr. Nilesh Vasa has more than 30 years of experience in finance and investment banking. A Chartered Accountant with a Master’s in Management from IIM Ahmedabad, Mr. Vasa has held senior positions in firms like the Industrial Development Bank of India, JM Morgan Stanley, and Reliance Capital.

He carries a deep understanding of capital markets, risk management, financial structuring and strategic investments.

Mr. Jay Sheth holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and brings nearly three decades of experience in business leadership and entrepreneurship, with expertise across diverse industries.
